Chocolate and pistachio

This cake made of a tender and soft pistachio sponge, a crunchy pistachio praliné, a creamy Sicilian pistachio Namelaka and a light and airy chocolate mousse. The roasted notes of the pistachio merge with the caramelized ones of the chocolate to offer a pure moment of "gourmandise" at each bite.
